Dan Neyer

Dan has been involved with the commercial real estate and construction industry for over forty years, continuing the family heritage that began over 125 years ago in Greater Cincinnati. In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties, Inc. to pursue his vision of creating value in mixed-use developments, office, retail, industrial, medical, hospitality, single-family lot development, and multi-family projects. Neyer Properties is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, financing and management of sustainable land and building developments, with properties in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, and Florida.

Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of the development of commercial real estate and uses his leadership and experience to be an advocate for positive change in our community. He has been directly involved in the development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 800 building and development projects, totaling well over $3.0 billion in value.
