OneNKY Center Tour with NAIOP & ULI
CREW Greater Cincinnati, NAIOP Cincinnati and ULI Cincinnati have partnered for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the 47,000 square-foot, Class A office building at the foot of the Roebling Bridge in Covington, OneNKY Center. This fall, it will be the home of 10 Northern Kentucky growth organizations.
Join the NKY Port Authority, Corporex, Hemmer Construction Co., and Phoenix Architecture for a pre-opening tour and hear how the capital stack for this building came together, see the tenants’ spaces and learn about the building’s unique design.
