John Bumgarner

John Bumgarner joined Al. Neyer in 2018 as vice president of design-build operations and was promoted to senior vice president, Cincinnati market leader in 2021. John is a seasoned real estate and development expert and is responsible for securing land sites for future development, winning new business and building exceptional client relationships in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus, Dayton and Louisville giving Al. Neyer strong confidence in his capabilities to further grow the business. John is known for his attention to detail and ability to work with others, two qualities that bring a level of comfort to those he works with. He always approaches his deals with a positive attitude and prides himself on his ability to bring value to all of his developments.
